Antoine has a strong track record in photovoltaic (PV), onshore and offshore wind, and green hydrogen (H2) projects. His diverse background enables him to navigate complex financial environments and contribute to sustainable projects and corporate initiatives.

With 27 years of professional experience, including 18 years in the Document Control field, Arnaud has extensive hands-on expertise in managing documentation for major onshore and offshore projects.

His primary objective is to ensure that all project documentation is accurately produced and distributed, adhering to the document management standards. With 11 years in offshore Oil & Gas and 7 years in renewables, his previous roles included overseeing document control, defining organizational and procedural frameworks, ensuring strategic vision, coordinating resources, managing IT systems, and supporting contract negotiations.

Elsa has 10 years of experience in public affairs and communication within the renewable energy sector.

She spent over 6 years at a wind turbine manufacturer raising the international profile of the organisation while supporting the commercial teams in an industrial setting. Since joining Oxan Energy, Elsa has worked with the team to shape the identity and positioning of the company. She is in responsible for defining and executing the Communication & Public Affairs strategy. Her expertise includes corporate communication, press relations, political and public relations as well as public policies.

Julia oversees all aspects of financial accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as producing regular financial statements and in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision making.

With over two decades of experience, Marjorie has held various leadership roles in administration and business management.

In her actual role of Corporate Social Responsibility & Administrative Manager, she is leveraging her recent training in CSR to define and deploy Oxan Energy’s sustainability strategy and initiatives. Her previous roles included overseeing administrative management and supporting marketing and commercial operations. Marjorie brings a strong background in operational management, administrative leadership, and CSR integration.

Nicolas is a recognised business executive in the renewable energy sector, specialising in strategy and business development demonstrating strong management and leadership skills.

With 20 years of experience, Nicolas has successfully managed and grown SMEs, leading strategic shifts and building high-performing teams. Knowing how to mobilize and inspire teams, he excels in team management, driving company culture and fostering an effective and empowering work environment. His expertise extends to project management and complex negotiations in volatile environments.

Valerie brings over 15 years of legal experience to Oxan Energy’s team and has spent most of her career working on onshore and offshore industrial projects.

A French qualified lawyer, she started her career in Anglo-Saxon law firms where she trained in project finance, M&A and real estate. She subsequently held the positions of Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Director for energy and logistics companies, providing her with a wide range of experience in several practice areas relevant to the offshore industry.

Originally from Germany, Valerie moved to France in 2000 to study French and international business law. Since then, she has lived and worked in France and spent several years in South Africa, enriching her international perspective and understanding of different legal landscapes.

Victor Perret is responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support various phases of floating offshore wind projects.

He plays a pivotal role throughout the entire project lifecycle, from the bidding process to development and financing. Victor brings valuable experience in financial analysis, commercial and financial due diligence, and financial modeling for renewable energy projects. His expertise allows him to develop robust business plans and calculate key financial metrics with precision.
