In November 2024, Oxan Energy pre-qualified for AO9 in France with Ingka Investments and is currently preparing for the merged tender AO9-10. Other projects are ongoing:
– In January 2025, Oxan Energy won the 900 MW ‘Saare 1’ project in Estonia, now renamed ‘Avara’ ;
– In March 2025, the company pursue the development of 2 projects totalling 2.2 GW in Italy, including the Dentice project which submitted its Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in May 2026.
Through its co-workers, Oxan Energy benefits from valuable feedback with exposure to numerous previous calls for tender and projects of bottom-fixed as well as floating offshore wind:
– Team who won the call for proposals for the Groix & Belle-Ile (30 MW) project and secured a permit on a non recourse basis ;
– Team who won Scotwind (5 GW) ;
– Team who participated to all floating offshore wind tenders in France (AO5, 6 and 9) et most of the bottom-fixed offshore wind tenders, as well as pilot projects ;
– Team who participated to bottom-fixed offshore wind tenders in the United Kingdom, Denmark and the United States ;
– Team who participated in offshore wind projects at various stages of development in Norway and South Korea.

In order to implement a coherent CSR approach that is aligned with our business activities, we carried out a assessment that enabled us to define our environmental, social and governance objectives.
Aware that the CSR is an integral part of managing a company, Oxan Energy is launching this voluntary initiative, driven by the convictions of our team, who are sensitive and rallied to tackle the environment and climate challenges.
